Setup Time: 9am. Vendors are expected to be setup by 10am.

Parking

We recommend that you park in the lot by City Hall on North Fulton or on North Central and walking via the pedestrian crossing over the train tracks at the intersection of North Central and North Fulton.

Welcome Packet

Your first stop will be the Hapeville Depot Museum at 620 South Central Avenue. There you will pick up your welcome packet which will have a thank you card, information on the day, a vendor or volunteer button, event tee shirt, snacks and water.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms are located at the Hapeville Depot Museum and at Jess Lucas Park near the gazebo.

Panelists will find additional bathrooms at the Carriage House next to Christ Church.

Water and Food

The Hapeville Depot Museum will have complimentary beverages and snacks for vendors, panelists, volunteers, etc. in the kitchenette. Please ask Patti at the front desk for guidance.
